6. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales of meal plans, meals, coaching, or digital content are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of personalized or perishable items, we do not offer refunds on these services once purchased.

Refunds for physical products (e.g., snacks, supplements, merchandise) are only available for defective or damaged items reported within 3 days of delivery, with valid proof of damage (photos or videos).

Meal plans, meals, snacks, and chocolates are currently only shipped within the United States. International shipping (e.g., to Venezuela) is limited and may be updated periodically.
