Our subscription model includes one skip per 4-week cycle to keep the discounted rate sustainable while allowing us to manage production and ingredient planning efficiently.

Please note that weeks cannot be split. Once a week has started, it counts as a full week in your subscription.

Offering more than one skip per cycle would affect our ability to continue providing the same level of service and pricing. That said, if you need more time away, you’re always welcome to pause your plan and reactivate it when you're ready – we’ll be here!

If you'd prefer to request a refund, please note that any days already used will be charged at full price (individual meal rate + delivery, if applicable), and the remaining balance will be refunded.
